Trash Can Butlers Cancellation Policy
1. Notice Requirement for Cancellation
To cancel your Trash Can Butlers service, you must provide a 30-day notice before your next billing cycle. Cancellation requests must be submitted using the Cancellation Form on our website. This ensures we have time to process your request and adjust your service schedule.
2. High-Volume Accounts & Property Managers
If you manage multiple properties or have a high-volume service account, cancellations affecting 50% or more of serviced locations, or a full account closure, require a 90-day notice before the next billing cycle. This ensures proper scheduling adjustments for ongoing services.
3. Billing & Refund Policy

All Trash Can Butlers services are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.

No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused services once a billing cycle has started.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, meaning you will still receive service until the end of that cycle.

If you are on automatic billing, charges will stop after your final billing cycle is completed.
4. How to Cancel Your Service
To request cancellation, you must:

Submit your request at least 30 days before your next billing cycle.

Wait for confirmation – You will receive an email once your request is processed. If you do not receive confirmation within 7 business days, please contact us to verify that your request was received.
5. Reactivation Policy
If you cancel your service and later decide to restart, you may need to sign up again as a new customer. Availability is not guaranteed, and reactivation fees may apply if route adjustments are required.
6. Service Interruptions & Special Circumstances
Trash Can Butlers reserves the right to make exceptions for extraordinary circumstances, such as:

Relocation or moving to a non-serviced area

Severe weather or natural disasters affecting service schedules

Temporary service holds (case-by-case basis)

7. Disputes & Customer Support
If you believe there was an error in your cancellation request or billing, you must notify us within 10 days of the charge for review. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and efficiently.
