How much does your service cost?You can find full pricing details on our Pricing Page. Our most popular plan, the Premier Plan, provides weekly service for up to four trash cans at $54 per month. If you have additional cans or a long driveway, there may be a small extra fee. All services are billed at the start of each billing cycle, and unless you cancel, billing will continue automatically. Payments must be made on or before the first day of each billing period.

How do I know I can trust your team?Our Trash Can Butlers are professionally trained, reliable, and committed to excellent service. Every Butler follows a strict schedule to ensure your bins are placed out on time and returned properly. We take pride in being dependable, and efficient, just like a real butler should be!

What is your cancellation policy?If you need to cancel your service, we require a 30-day notice before your next billing cycle. You can submit a cancellation request using the contact form on our website. If you have a high-volume service account, such as multiple properties, cancellations affecting 50% or more of serviced locations, or full account closures, require a 90-day notice before your next billing cycle. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused service during an active billing period.

Do you offer service for multiple pickup days or extra trash cans?Yes! We have three service plans to fit different needs: Essentials Plan – Includes one scheduled pickup day per week for up to 2 trash cans. Premier Plan – Covers separate pickup days for trash and recycling with service for up to 4 cans. Elite Plan – Designed for larger properties, providing service for multiple trash/recycling days and up to 6 cans.

What if my trash pickup schedule changes?If your collection day changes due to a city schedule adjustment, holiday, or another reason, just contact us, and we’ll update your service to match. We’ll make sure your bins are taken out on the correct day without any interruptions.

Can you accommodate special requests?We do our best to meet our customers’ needs. If you have a special request, let us know, and we’ll see what we can do to accommodate it.

What happens if I forget to unlock my gate or move my cans?If we cannot access your bins due to a locked gate, obstruction, or other barriers, we will be unable to provide service that day. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for missed pickups due to inaccessibility.

Do you offer service for apartment complexes, businesses, or HOAs?Yes! We provide custom plans for businesses, rental properties, and homeowners' associations. Contact us for more details on service pricing.

Can I get a refund if my service is interrupted?If service is interrupted due to weather or external factors, we do our best to reschedule. However, refunds are not issued for circumstances beyond our control.
